UPDATE: The credit union has been restored access to the Core system, and our office is now fully operational.

Online banking has also been fully restored, and all missing debit transactions have been posted. Balances are now accurate both through online banking and at ATMs.

I also want to take a moment to personally thank all of our members for their incredible patience and understanding throughout this very difficult situation.

We know how frustrating and stressful it was to not be able to see your account balance, access your funds, or conduct your normal banking. We understand that your money is important to you, and we know how difficult it was to not have the answers or access that you normally expect from us.

Throughout this situation, our members showed an incredible amount of patience, grace, and understanding. On behalf of Neil, Amanda and myself, thank you.

We are a small credit union, and the relationship we have with our members is extremely important to us. We are grateful for your trust, your patience, and for allowing us to serve you.
